Mornington Shire Council - NDRRA 2017 Restoration of Road Assets

    About The Project

    Imported Gravel
    Road metres

    Overcoming

    Many Challenges

    Wet Season
We staged the work to account for the many impacts wet weather has on roadworks projects. Even though the project was impacted with 3 months of wet weather, Spence still delivered the project 2.5 months ahead of schedule.
    Remote Logistics
Project Management team planned and procured ways to tackle the sizeable importation requirement for material for the project. The team did this through extensive procurement and planning processes to find the best for delivery
    Required Timeframe
We were given an ambitious completion target from the client due to wet season and funding constraints for the project. Through adequate use of owned and hired resources, Spence delivered well within the requested timeframe.
