Latent conditions were encountered involving the presence of unsuitable materials for compaction caused by water logging of soils, Gulf Civil dealt with this issue in a professional manner and did not seek to exploit the variation for financial gain, working collaboratively with MBS Water and the project superintendent to develop solutions and execute additional works in a cost effective manner.
